Zodiac Apartments in Albuquerque received all new stair systems from Pascetti Steel. Complete removal of disintegrating steel and concrete units was required. New concrete footings, ADA complaint galvanized treads, and commercial railing systems are standard with these new stairs. Coordinated installation of each unit was completed same day, tenants were not affected or inconvenienced during the process. Owners relied upon this quick turnaround to ensure 100% occupancy and no need to supply emergency housing.
